Acupuncture Program
The Acupuncture Program at Swedish Institute was founded in 1996 under the guidance of Jeffrey C. Yuen, Dean for Academic Affairs.
The curriculum is based on the traditions of Classical Chinese Medicine (CCM), an approach characterized by a focus on the historical perspective of Chinese medicine, recognition of multiple styles of practice and the use of more than 70 energetic pathways. A rich foundation in Eastern medical philosophy is complemented by the study of the paradigm of bioscience and thorough clinical experience.
The course of study leads to a Bachelor of Professional Studies/Master of Science in Acupuncture degree.
Although we have an active program, we are not accepting new students.
